Denim on Denim

I always feel scared to wear Denim on Denim as it might look tacky, but I was wondering how it will look if we paired two different shades of Denim together. I should say the result didn’t disappoint me. the key thing here is to mix light with dark colors and add some accessories to distract the eye from this monotone outfit.
I wanted to add some edge to this look. So, I ripped this jeans at the knee, my husband thought I was angry and I’m destroying my jeans, but later on he realized what I’m doing and he was quite happy with the result mrgreen.
I’m sorry to publish that many photos in one post, but the reason is  this photo shoot took more than the usual 15 minutes that my husband always give me for every look, and I was walking in this amazing park. So, I couldn’t resist not to take many photos.
Finally, a little secret to tell you guys is that I’m so in love with this pair of flats from Minnetonka Moccasin. I felt like I’m wearing nothing in my feet. they are very airy and comfortable. and this design just makes me wants to wear it with every single outfit I have. If you live in Dubai you can check Minnetonka Middle East Facebook Page here, to find out where you can get your pair of Minnetonka.

What do you think of this look, would you wear Denim on Denim like me?
